How do you motivate others?
Getting athletes to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and embracing both of them. I encourage them to play within themselves and to be the best in those areas.
Who was your mentor?
A former team chaplain. He helps me with my home and work (soccer) balance.
What's one thing every athlete should do before a game?
Use positive visualization techniques. Picture what you’ve done in the past successfully and why /how you were successful.
