How do you motivate others?
My tactic for motivating has always been to lead by example. Take care of your own business by staying focused on the task at hand, and others will follow.
What's one thing every athlete should do before a game?
Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe deeply.

My dad has always been the biggest mentor and influence in my soccer career and in life in general.
